… Doug inspected the townhouse inside and out, and explained that our problem appeared to be a single, transient, mouse that could be caught without professional help (as well as the charges that come with it). He walked us through the steps we needed to trap the mouse, and told us to be back in touch if that didn't work out. We had no luck over the next several weeks, so when I called again, Doug set up another appointment for service.

Just a few hours before the appointment, the mouse walked into a trap. … I called APC, and they happily cancelled the appointment. For all of this help, they never charged me a dime. I don't have pest issues often, but I appreciate a business and owner who put their customers first, provide honest and reliable service, and don't try to sell unnecessary treatments. The next time I have an issue, I'll call APC. -

I saw some winged ants going into the house, which made me realize it has been 12 years since we treated for termites, so I thought it was probably time to do it again. Company #1 came out and wanted to install and monitor termite traps for $700 + 360 annual maintenance. Also they wanted another $660 to treat for carpenter ants. Doug from APC said what I saw weren't termites, we didn't need to re-treat, or treat for carpenter ants. Also, he'll come back out and inspect annually. Cost? Absolutely free.

We had an extensive mouse issue after moving into our house last year. They set up numerous traps within the house as well as outside. They discovered the cause of entry and were able seal it up. They continue to do outside treatments every 3 months and we have not had any recurrence 1 year later.

I have tried many pest control companies, but I would say they earn my trust more than any other company. They showed how to exclude the mice from our house and explained the wrong techniques of other companies. They told us to try it ourselves first and call them back if it did not work after 45 days. Our problem resolved quite well after we followed their advice.
