  I highly recommend Amelia to coordinate your wedding! She was extremely friendly and supportive. I am a very type A person so I was nervous about "handing over the reigns" to the wedding but knew i couldn't possibly be both the bride, MC, coordinator, etc. I am very glad we hired Amelia and I knew right away when I first met her that she was the right girl for the job. She came very prepared to our first meeting with an extensive binder of information to keep us on track.

  Amelia was the Wedding Coordinator for my daughters wedding last weekend and she was fantastic. She coordinated the Cake vendor, Flower vendor, Church staff, the DJ, both Bride and Grooms families, worked closely with the Austin Club venue staff and our photographer. If you need a Wedding Coordinator hire her, she is the best.

  We are so lucky that we found Amelia! She was beyond professional, detail oriented and thorough and took SO much stress of our shoulders in the month leading up to our wedding. She brought to our attention several small things that we hadn't thought of, helped us craft (and execute) a great day-of timeline, coordinated with our vendors on the day of, helped problem solve small issues that came up last minute, set up our decor, and helped pack up our stuff at the end of the night which was so crucial! Seriously we would have been lost without her. I had absolutely zero stress on the day of, and again, having her help neatly pack up our decor, cards, gifts, etc was key in making the day after our wedding stress free. I highly recommend her, she could be charging double!

  I would 10/10 recommend Amelia for any wedding coordination needs you may have! She knew all of the questions to ask to make sure that I had thought of everything that needed to be done come the big day. She also is extremely organized and had put together an amazing binder for me with all of the information I could possibly need (popular wedding songs, How to go through the name change process, and much more). Definitely a great asset to your wedding team!

  Amelia was so amazing and professional, my wife and I are so thankful we hired her!!! The advice she offered and the guidance she gave was beyond helpful to us during the wedding planning process. ... The most impressive and amazing thing I, as the groom, saw her do: she bustled my wife's wedding dress. I mean, on her hands and knees, making it look beautiful right before the reception introductions! I was like, "Wow, this woman is amazing!" So thankful we hired her to be our Wedding Coordinator!!!
