Dr. Levine is an amazing nutritionist. She helped me lose 70 pounds! She breaks it down so its easy to understand and helps you change your life eating real food, not crazy fad diets. She helps you with the best types of foods to eat, shows you about portion control, how to really look at food labels. Plus she's very approachable and non judgmental, but still firm and provides excellent guidance. I highly recommend her!

Alyse was truly a God send for me. She helped me re-define the relationship I had with food and disordered thinking concerning eating. She freed me from all the diet restrictions that I had held myself to for years, and for the first time in a very long time, I am able to eat regular foods and not feel the guilt that I was always plagued with. Alyse is extremely knowledgeable and understanding in her practice and has helped me learn how to stay patient and mindful in my daily life- extending even further beyond meals and food in general- to work, life and relationships. Alyse's approach of weight loss is exactly in line with what I was looking for when I found NutritionBite: no quick fix (usually followed by quick failure, been there several times ...) just nutrition "education" that makes you feel free and not frustrated. Another good point: there is barely no strict taboo, Alyse is doing her very best to adapt your weight loss journey to your cravings too (you must be reasonable, though)...
