  As a new spa owner, George provided great service deeply cleaning it from the prior homeowners. Even more, George actually came out twice before begging the work and suggested that he not do the cleaning until I had other services done, saving me money and wasted effort.

  Honestly, can not say enough good things about George and Alumni Pool Service. They are so responsive and even proactive about ensuring your pool is in great condition. There are not many service providers I've dealt with who are as good as these guys. Highly recommend!!!

  After struggling with my pools cloudiness for several months, I knew something was very wrong and I needed to call someone for help. I could see that sand was filtering back into the pool so I had a big problem on my hands. I called Alumni because I heard great things and wanted the best service. I called George, the owner. He came out, changed the sand, fixed a plumbing issue, and balanced the chemicals! My pool has truly never looked better, I am beyond happy with Alumni and would highly recommend them to anyone wanting the highest quality of pool care there is to offer! Thanks again George, you're the best!

  Alumni Pool Service is great! I like how George (the owner) keeps us informed about our pool and the service via email. He lets us know when it's time to replace things. He services it weekly and the pool is always clean & sparkling! Also, on the rare occasion when something doesn't seem to be working quite right, George responds really fast by email and drops by the same day to check things out. We had a different pool company when we first moved in, and I never knew if they had serviced the pool or not, they sent different people each time, and were disorganized when I would call them on the phone. George is always reliable, always knows what is going on with our pool and our service, and responds to email immediately!

  Had a horrible experience with another pool service company and was looking for a new pool service company. I took a shot with Alumni pool service and have been very happy so far. George is very responsive and always keeps the pool spotless. George keeps me updated on any equipment issues and recommends when its time to replace certain items. George was able to fix a pump leak the first time that the previous pool company had tried to fix and failed numerous times. George is polite, punctual and knowledgeable about pools. Very happy so far with the service..
