Hands down my favorite yoga studio in town. The classes are an awesome workout with great instruction and the room is beautiful and atmosphere is very inviting every time. Each practice is unique not only in terms of the poses and flow, but also in terms of what it does to improve mental health. Not to mention you WILL sweat A LOT. My only suggestion would be to install a shower somewhere since, regardless of whether it is warm or hot yoga, I'm always dripping in sweat both during and after class haha. Just how I like it.

Altamonte Springs Yoga and their sister studio, Yoga University is the best value! They have so many great yoga teachers and a style of class for everyone, including acro and kids. All their instructors are very educated on the yoga practice on both the physical and spiritual level. Highly recommend.

Best studio I have ever been to. I am moving and am devastated to lose this amazing team of instructors. They make it personal, spiritual and fun! Every instructor has a different style and that is one thing I absolutely Love!

I have been to another studio for a Bryan Kest training before and the experience was not like this. You can tell when a studio owner is truly a yogi by the way they treat people. ...

Wow! I have tried yoga many times and never seemed to enjoy it. That changed when I went to Altamonte Springs Yoga, I am obsessed and have fallen in love with the practice. I've been taking Hot Yoga Levels 1 and 2 mostly with Michelle, her class is my favorite, she treats you like her friend and you are ready to vent and forget your problems in her class. ...
