David came to our apartment to work with me and then my wife. He did a most thorough diagnosis on our MacBook Pro laptops as well as a complete check on iPhone 6's and iPads. He explained the need for a first class backup, and installed BackBlaze in our laptops. He was the first consultant I've had to patiently look through my my applications...and how I use them...which I modestly found out was incorrectly .I had at least 6 or 7 issues with various apps that others couldn't solve....David solved them made sure that I now used them correctly. My wife was ecstatic over David's patient walk through. I cannot write enough superlatives about David..his friendliness, patience,knowledge about everything Apple.....The best!!!
