  This company is amazing. They came out short notice on a Sunday and fixed the problem within like 25 mins. Chris was our service guy and he was so nice and broken everything down to us about what was wrong and what needs to be done. They don't push anything on you that you don't want or can't afford. I will for sure be calling them again if I ever have problems again. So happy with them!!!!!

  Alien air is a company that treat you like family. In my multiple interactions with them they have always come to my rescue at odd hours of the night. Not only do they back up their work with warranties but with trust as well. They keep their word at every turn and ensure you feel not only cool on a hot summer day but 120% satisfied with their service.

  Alien Air Conditioning and Heating just completed the APS Home Energy Audit and APS Advanced Air Conditioning Tune-Up on my home. Jose was the technician and I couldn't be happier with the job he did. Every step along the way Jose showed me what he was measuring and explained what it meant. It was also nice to see Jose wearing booties over his shoes when he was in my house and placing a tarp on the floor when he worked on the air handler and had to climb into the attic. Jose left me an informal report of what he found and I received the formal reports later that same day. All around fantastic service. Thanks Alien Air Conditioning and Heating!

  I called 2 other places first and nobody would help me get my self-supplied thermostat installed. Jose came out the next day and fixed it, and told me a lot about my Ac that could really help. He shows me exactly what he was doing and I feel like I can make educated decisions. Really great job.

  Well I am taking my time and writing this review about A/C air conditioning and Heating because they are up to this 5 star rating .I had them out to my house this past week for what turned out to be warranty issue, which I was glad. It wouldn't cost me any money . Jose and Cristian fixed the problem and were the nicest most professional guys. They also did my summer service which now has me set to take on the 100 plus temps . This company is true honest and you will be delighted with any service you have done by them . Don't say I didn't tell you. :))))))
