Matthew from Action Tax is AMAZING. He has worked diligently over the months in all of my Tax needs. The prices are very reasonable, and honestly a discount considering the amazing customer service and witty one liners lol. I have even recommended him to my mother, and he was also able to get her IRS/ Tax issues resolved, and she was also more than satisfied with his service. I have even considered getting into the industry due to Matthew educating me along the way. Thank you for taking a burden off my shoulders. Now I am one step closer to financial freedom. Matt Cooling did an excellent job in representing me in my 2011 IRS audit. IRS audits can be extremely stressful, intimating time consuming. Having never been audited in my 30, plus years of filing taxes I didn't know what to expect. Matt explained the IRS audit process in a way that was easily understood. The IRS was stating that I owed an additional large sum of money for 2011. Thankfully I hired Matt to represent me. He always returned my calls and emails in a timely fashion. I am very pleased to say that as a result of Matt's representation I didn't owe the IRS one cent. I believe that if Matt had prepared my 2011 taxes I would not have been audited. I will be using Matt to file all my future returns. Whether preparing a tax return or representing someone with an IRS audit I would definitely say, "contact Matt Cooling".

I cannot recommend Matt Cooling enough for any type of tax services. He not only did a great job preparing my taxes, but when he did a two year look back he found that I did not owe the IRS the monies that they said I owed.....,and now they owe me back the money that I gave them! He interfaced with the tax fanchise board (his former employer) while I was present and knew the exact questions to ask and procedures to follow to get an effective outcome.
