  Action sports is the only place to shop if your buying a new road bike. My wife and I bought our cannondale's from Kerry 12 yrs ago and they have been awesome! I just upgraded to a 2017 trek and it was a great experience. The customer service is outstanding and I got a killer deal on the bike I wanted. If your thinking about a new bike start at action sports!!!!!

  I have been here way more times than I have checked in. This is absolutely the best bike shop in Bakersfield. We have purchased 3 bikes from here in the past 3 years and are about to purchase a 4th. Every time we have come it has been nothing but a stellar experience. From quality, selection, professionalism, knowledge, and customer service, this company is top notch. We are definitely customers for life!
  
  They have a huge selection of bikes for the whole family, from baby to avid cyclists. They also carry BMX bikes, tandem bikes, mountain bikes, hybrid bikes, and any other type of bike you can think of and they carry nothing, but the best. From Specialized to Trek, Electra, and Surly. They have top quality bikes.
  
  The best thing about this company, they offer FREE lifetime tune ups to original owners on any bike purchased. They also tag your bike with an Action Sports sticker where they have your personal information in their system connected to the sticker. If someone finds your bike, Action Sports can contact you. It is extra security and peace of mind.
  
  Bikes are not the only thing they sell. They carry swim wear, shoes, skateboards, bike accessories, pumps, sunglasses, and so much more.
  
  For those who enjoy spin class, they offer it in the loft upstairs. Downstairs is where the Vert Gym is located. Rock climbing at its finest. They even have rock climbing birthday parties available.
  
  If Action Sports doesn't have the bike you want in stock, you can special order the bike and it doesn't take very long to get to you. The employees help fit you to the right bike, find what is comfortable for you, and you can test ride them. I definitely recommend the test ride. I was so happy to have found the perfect bike for me and it was because of the test riding I got to do. We have been completely satisfied with our purchases.

  The fine folks at Action Sports really went out of their way yesterday to help a family of French cyclists on a cross country cycle trip. After two months on the road (the trip started in NY, destination is San Francisco) the family bikes were in need of wheel bearings, cassette maintenance, and new tires/tubes. I brought them to Action Sports who immediately analyzed the bikes and got them back on the road in only a couple of hours! Thank you to Drew and everyone at Action Sports who helped make this great adventure happen.

  Helpful group with great products, if you are buying numerous large items they normally offer some type of discount.

  Awesome awesome customer service!!! Action Sports has gone above and beyond for me and I truly appreciate it!! They have quality products, knowledgeable staff and the owner Carey is just a great person who takes care of his customers. Action Sports definitely has me as a customer for life!!!!
