Appointment was within a week. Tim was very knowledgeable and gave good advice. My spa is back up and working great. I felt the costs were reasonable and he didn't try to add on unnecessary expenses. I've had the opposite from another company so I was very pleased. He even kept an appointment on a rainy day.

I have to thank Randy from the parts department, he helped me so much. My older phoenix spa has been broke for at least 8 months. I replaced circ. Pump and couldn't get the spa to work right. Randy asked me to take a few pics of the pump system, had it going in about a hour. Randys great, I definitely recommend him.
