I needed both of my keyless remotes for a Toyota replaced. I had them order the new fobs ahead of time using the FCC number on the back. While there was some confusion at first, I blame that mostly on AAA scheduling. The staff at the 9th street downtown location on a Saturday was top notch. Their understanding of these high tech systems was spot on and much more reasonable than going to the dealership. Work was completed professionally and quickly, I would recommend Acme/Woods to do this work over the dealership.

Good sized store with parking, both rarities in downtown. And they found a creative solution to fix a part for my bed so I didn't have to wait for a manufacturer's replacement part.

Great place! Reminds me of what a hardware store should be. Great staff and service. Kudos to the gentleman who cut my key. He was very friendly and I could have talked to him for a while. Nice to see that good old fashion service with a smile is still alive.

Not your chain type Hardware store. Truly a neighborhood feel. Very responsive to questions. I was in there when they were getting ready to close. I had questions about painters' tape. They answered all my questions and then gave me a roll of tape.

A throwback to the time where an actual person greets you at the door, asks if you need help and ACTUALLY knows what they are talking about. They have great service, a super selection of items and couldn't be more friendly. If you need an item downtown this is the place to go.
