So impressed with the work Kenny did on site repairing a significant ding in a high end piece. If I didn't have a before and after picture I wouldn't be able to find the spot! Highly recommend.

... Oh bummer!!! The cushions were ripped a few months ago but I never got around to taking them in, not realizing 10 years had passed. Well, Jim said it was no problem to fix them under the plan, so phew, that was awesome! And to make this repair more awesome, they got them done in 1 day. Yep 1 day!!! I think it might have been due to the fact that the repair was only on one side of the cushions so it was simple for them AND that the Broncos are in the Super Bowl on Sunday and I mentioned that we would have to "punt" our our seating situation for when our friends come over for the Big Game!!!! Go Ackerman/Go Broncos! Thanks Jim!

... Not only did they have it, they had a remnant of it that we could get immediately and at a lower price than it would be to order it. Even looking through their remnants was a treat!

I told Mike that I would "work for pillows," but at this time they do not offer that option. So for the time being, I am going through my house and bringing in the items to be reupholstered one at a time. I do hope that one day they will offer an apprenticeship and I can learn the beautiful trade of reupholstering! Ackerman & Sons has made life-long customers out of us!
