I decided to call Absolute Duct & Chimney Cleaning because of the positive reviews online, and I’m glad I did! My experience started with excellent customer service provided by Rachel at the office. We had rat problems and they left behind nests in our AC ducts that needed to be cleaned. Adrian came to our house and did an excellent job explaining each step in the process and provided us with options, based on his observations. He was both knowledgeable and courteous. I appreciated how Adrian was mindful about keeping the house clean. I highly recommend this business to anyone in need of these services!
