Fantastic service from Matt last night. The wife & I were locked out of the house and Matt from Door and Key was dispatched to help. He arrived quickly within the predicted time frame, was very friendly and professional. He tried to do all he could to avoid a drill-out of the lock, but we ended up having to go that way. We will call again for other non-emergency related services & pass out recommendations for Matt/Door and Key. I assume they were dispatched by AA Locksmiths? We had called other locksmiths in the area, one said they didn't cober residential lock-outs after 5:00pm (seriously?), and one didn't call back until Matt had already arrived.

Craig did an excellent job drilling a safe with a broken electronic lock and installing a replacement dial lock. Very neat installation, can't tell that it wasn't made that way from the factory. He has impressive knowledge of safes and locks and the tools to get it done right. Highly recommend.
