  Hi, to anyone that has lock or key issue, this company is the best. ... I had lost of words, I wish I had some money to pay him at that time the thieves had taken my wallet with everything in it. I mentioned that I owed him, his replay was that " I don't owe him nothing" at the same token I couldn't be more greatfull for this company's generosity , and help. Please anyone that may need lock or key service to check with this guy's, they are my life saver. Sincerely I recommend them to anyone.

  I went Home Depot, the Key Kiosk at Bed,Bath. And Beyond, and two other places, none were of any help. Came here to A-1 Minute and was blown away by the professionalism and quick service. My car key was done before I could even leave this review. I recommend A-1 Minute, as a matter of fact I now swear by them, you will be impressed or I'll pay for your key duplication MYSELF!!! 10 STARS!!!

  Great pricing, great customer service, very professional. What more do you need? Logan was great all around. I needed to have my mailbox lock changed. I called around for several quotes and A1 was the cheapest and the nicest. He showed up a few minutes early for the appointment and was finished very quickly. No surprise charges. I recommend A1 highly..

  Eric and Logan were at the Arizona Fall Festival in PHX , today. They had a booth at the festival and made duplicate keys and did numerous raffles . I won a pad lock and it was keyed for my house. Perfect for use on pool gate. Eric and Logan, were friendly, upbeat and even handsome. Logan txted me to inform me I was a winner. Not having to be present to win allowed me to checkout other booths. Eric and Logan have the customer service handled and the keys were an exact match and work. Thank you Eric and Logan. Call A-1 Minute .... you won't be disappointed.

  This type of service is highly sensitive so a professional & trustworthy vendor is a must.
