  This company responded rapidly on the day I called and took care of my pool pump problem immediately and for much less (parts and labor) than some other company's basic service charge. I will now use them for any future pool repair needs. The personnel I dealt with were very courteous.

  In May we had received several bids and were feeling defeated and discouraged before finding 24/7. Our spa was in need of replastering badly and it was unusable. We were quoted as much as twice the amount that Albert quoted us, in addition told it would be months before they'd get it done. No one took the time with us explaining the process and going over our options. Albert even showed us a video. He and his crew got the job done asap. He also went over our equipment with us as we had just bought the house. We also had him update our pool/spa lights to LED. He worked after hours and worked to find us the best price on those expensive lights. We've never hired a pool service, we always clean the pool ourselves. We now have 24/7 servicing our pool weekly.

  I hired 24/7 Pools to inspect my pool equipment for filtration problems that I've been experiencing. Alberto A********* did an outstanding job! . Alberto is very professional, was on time and very knowledgeable ,found the problem immediately ,explained everything to me and cost for his suggestions to ensure pool problem not to occur again.I highly recommend 24/7 pool service for your pool needs and I will be continuing service through their company.   Excellent service! I needed someone same day and Albert was so gracious to fit me into his schedule. He explained everything to me and got my repair done quickly and for a very fair price. Fast, friendly and fair. You can't get better than that.

  I needed a motor replaced in an older pool pump. I'd tried several different companies, but they all flaked out on me - meanwhile, my pool got greener and murkier. Finally, I posted a listing on Thumbtack, and Albert from 24/7 Pool Services hit me up. He was able to inspect the same day and quoted a reasonable price for the repair, drain and acid wash of the pool. The next day, the pool was completely drained, and they made all the repairs and cleaning and started filling the pool again. Since I was working, he even sent continuous notifications of when they would be at my house, as well as updates and photos of the progress. They are hands-down the best pool service I've dealt with in Vegas, and will use them for all of my pool needs.
