Resolve Therapeutics / Casey Jindra

Massage Therapist

Hi! I’m Casey Jindra, I graduated in 2010 with my Bachelor's in Exercise Science, (after completing an internship at the Mayo Clinic). Prior to becoming a massage therapist, I worked at a prominent Chiropractic Clinic in Colorado Springs for 3 years, with a diverse clientele spanning from Olympians to car accident victims.

I decided to get my Massage Therapy License to expand what I already enjoy doing with the vast athletic population in the Springs. Assessing biomechanics has always been a passion of mine and having the opportunity to work in an environment where so much emphasis is placed on proper form and mechanics is an incredible fit. Casey is a rock star massage / trigger point therapist, and walks the talk; she's an active Spartan racer and trail runner, so she knows the athletic body. Love her!

Casey is FANTASTIC. I first started seeing her to help me recover from a back injury. Since then, I refuse to go more than 2-3 weeks without a "tune-up" to keep me moving efficiently and pain-free. She can figure out exactly which areas need to be treated with just a glance - and she's always right! I've referred both my husband and mom to her and they are both extremely satisfied clients as well. I'll be a loyal Casey client as long as I live in the Springs!

Casey is hands down the most talented individual in her field of work. Through hard work and dedication I qualified for 2016 CrossFit Regionals, but I didn't get there on my own. Casey was a huge part of that success. She kept me together and made sure I was in top shape for every competition, training day, 2016 Open and Regionals. I could not have accomplished what I did without her. She's a professional that knows and understand the human body and how it works. She thinks outside the box and can pinpoint issues that can cause pain/injury by looking at how you stand or walk. She's passionate, loves what she does and truly cares. She's a blessing to anyone who walks through her door!

After having chronic back pain and seeing a chiropractor, neurologist, Active Release Technique (ART)provider, and many massage therapists, I found Casey (C.J.)

She combined ART with massage, located the problem and corrected it. For the first time in three years I can go days without pain medicine.

In addition she worked on one of my best friends that had chronic sciatic pain after a spondylolisthesis surgery. Again, Casey diagnosed and found the problem giving her relief from the pain.

I give C.J. my highest recommendation.
