    Jason is an educator at heart and strives to make strength training and evidence-based nutrition accessible to people of all levels. Unlike many online trainers I've worked with, he is very responsive and active in his client community and always coming up with new ways to improve his clients' experiences and results.

    I'd recommend Jason and Anyman Fitness because he's able to get results while keeping things basic enough for anyone to follow. But he can also challenge people who are more advanced when it comes to dieting and/or training.

    I am rating 5 stars because I have been through many different options and fitness training programs and have never had the success I have had with Anyman Fitness programs. The groups are so motivational and helpful and Jason is the most inspiring Trainer I have ever talked to. He practices what he teaches and always delivers sound direction and advice. If you are looking for answers this is the place! NO BS only success!!!!!!!!!

    I've been working with Anyman Fitness for 7 months and have really enjoyed the program. I've lost gobs of weight and inches, but that's not why I'm leaving a 5 star review. We are all interested in learning how to become "better" versions of our already awesome selves, and my time spent with Jason has helped me do that in a way I was never able to do on my own. Don't get me wrong, watching my body change has been a blast! :) But the fact that I'll be able to continue this journey ON MY OWN for the rest of my life is why I'm leaving this review. I'm changing my own life for the better because of tools that he has given me during our time together. I found his program simple and intuitive, and had an easy time following it (most days, ha!). He is knowledgeable, accessible, and easy to relate to. I cannot recommend his services enough!

    Deciding to train with Jason was the best decision I have ever made. I lost 26 lbs, almost 19 inches and 7 of those inches came straight off my waist. All of that was without cardio, without supplements and without voodoo. Jason gave me a personalized program of healthy eating and lifting 3 times a week for around 45 minutes. Not only am I leaner and healthier, but I am actually stronger now too! If you're even thinking about it, hire Jason! He is a great coach, very down to earth and he is amazing at explaining everything.
