It's very clean, quality and well-functioning equipment and there's 24 hour access. I never have any issues with the equipment or the staff.

Multiple locations, excellent facilities, reasonable instructor fees, unlimited tanning, a good mix of free weights and machines, open floor rooms, friendly staff....whats not to like?

I started working out here back in November, usually at either the State Street or Cole location. I love the group fitness classes. There's a lot of variety and the instructors are amazing! The membership price is reasonable and I love that I can go to unlimited classes with it and that the gym is open 24/7. The locations are convenient (for me, at least), the equipment has always been clean, the staff are friendly, and I like the atmosphere as well. It's usually not overcrowded, which is nice. Also, as a mom, I appreciate that there is a kid's lounge area so that I can bring my son if need be. So glad I started coming here!

I joined approximately 2 months ago over weight and way out of shape. My trainer has shown me the proper way to work out and is always upbeat and very motivating. I have lost 20 lbs so far and still have a ways to go. Really like the 24/7. I come in at 330 am when working out by myself before work. Place is always neat and clean. My trainer goes out of his way to meet my schedule for workouts. Place is awesome at 53 years old this has started out to be a very good life changing decision. Thankyou

After some research I found myself signing up for Idaho Fitness Factory. Why? From the moment I stepped foot into this gym I felt welcomed. Coming from a woman with little gym knowledge and on the heavier side I was very intimidated but taking that first step in. The lady at the front desk was amazing and made me feel at home and welcomed. I was definitely looking for a place that wasn't a huge gym but more an intimate feeling. This gym has everything I am looking for in a gym AND the best part is I can go ANYTIME I want.. it's 24 hour gym. I have been in there after hours and alone and still feel safe and comfortable. I highly recommend this gym and their facilities to everyone I meet.
