I had my bike worked on here once or twice and loved the service and quick nature of their work!

The Bicycle Garage, Inc in Bloomington, IN is a wonderful shop. They provide residents of Bloomington with top-notch service and quality bicycle products. I've been going to this shop for years and years for any needed maintenance and materials.

Honest folk who love bikes and the people who ride them. They get repairs done right and in a timly matter and if someting is amiss, they make it right.

I love this place! I always come in here with the dumbest questions but the workers always take the time to look my bike over and make minor adjustments for free when needed. As someone who likes to ride bikes but doesn't know much about the mechanics of a bike, it's important that I don't feel intimidated or belittled by the employees. I've never had problems with that here.

I went to Bike Smiths once and was overcharged so I am sticking with Bicycle Garage.

Thanks for always being so helpful!

Fred was super patient, knowledge, and helpful. He worked with me from my walking into the shop all the way through the assembly and fitting at the end. Great service and I am loving my new Trek Emonda!

These guys are great! First day of college I go to get on my bike to go to the library and the chain falls off and get stuck on a bolt. I took it to them and they fixed it immediately at no charge. I asked them if they had any phone mounts and he gave me the cheap option and the expensive option and didn't try to convince me to get the expensive one. He just gave me options. When the cheap one I got broke he just gave me credit for the other one. The service was great.

Was on the fence about BG until now, they really sold me.
Dropped off my Trek Stache I had just purchased (secondhand) for a brake bleed. Long story short the guy had put the wrong fluid in the brakes rendering them useless. The guys at the shop did 2 1/2 bleeds because they were puzzled at first until realizing the issue. They were able to finish before I expected. (Dropped off Monday right before close got it Wednesday right after close.) They stayed late so I could get my bike and replace the brakes with old ones had and was able to get on the road for our trip to Michigan!
In total charged me $20 for labor on im sure was a 2ish hour job.
