  This is the second time I have used this company and I would not hesitate to use them again or recommend them. I called yesterday for no less than six nagging plumbing problems at my house and they were able to fit me in today between 12 and one. The tech showed up at 12:40 and was out of my house in 26 minutes flat and fixed absolutely everything that was problematic. Thanks so much for your prompt and excellent service.

  We have used Dave for many different plumbing projects in our house. The office is always organized. They will call you right back if they aren't there. Dave himself answers the phone a lot of the time. The workers have always shown up on time, and performed their tasks efficiently. Prices are in line for San Francisco (which is pretty high, but at least in this case you get what you pay for).

  I called today and Heise's Plumbing rearranged their schedule to help me with a leaking toilet. Sam showed up about an hour later (10 minutes early) and got right to work. It ended up being more difficult than initially thought but Sam was eager to do the job right. They seem honest and I plan on using them in the future.

  Best customer service ever!! Dave and his team are terrific. Smart, efficient and delightful. Can't imagine using anyone else for plumbing needs of any kind. We've been a customer for 15 years!!

  I had several estimates for some plumbing needed to bathtub drain, I selected Heise because I live in the Excelsior and I like to patronize near-by/neighborhood business. Their estimate came in low and the work was done on time and by proprietor. I will definitely use them again whenever plumbing issues arise. Glad I found them.

  Dave is honest, knowledgeable, and professional. Both times we phoned him for plumbing issues around our house, he was able to deliver results. While the plumbing is always tricky in the older SF homes, it goes without saying that having a knowledgeable plumber on hand never hurts. We appreciate his quick response and find him to be reliable. Thanks, Dave.
