The staff cares about the pets and the owners. We really appreciate the quality of service, professionalism, and cost consciousness when presenting care or diagnostic options. Our dogs happily enter the door.

These guys are fantastic! You don't need an appointment, it's never a long wait and the treat you and your pet with respect. They don't oversell products and unnecessary tests. With a virtual zoo at my house, having a caring, affordable vet is a lifesaver. Go see these people. You won't regret it.

This vet has taken care of all my pets for at least 2 1/2 decades. They are amazing, very reasonably priced and not overly aggressive. One of the most touching thing is is that when I've had to put a pad down they never charge and they always donate to Texas A&M in the animals honor.

Love everyone there!! Not having to have an appointment is helpful and the care my pets get (as well as several stray cats and dogs I have taken in) is great. I have referred several others to them as well. I live in Katy but will continue to go to Echo Lane. Thanks Dr. Haglund, Maria, Melissa and Kim!!! You guys are the best.

Dr. Bill saved my mom's cat's life without it costing an arm and a leg. Everyone had given up on him but turned out he was just dehydrated and needed extra vitamins. So when my dog Champagne had a bone stuck in her teeth, I took her here--and was told I had to wait since there are no appointments, which is fair. Then Melissa came out, took one look at my dog's mouth and yanked it out herself--for free! Can't beat the wonderful attitude and care from this vet. Happy Holidays!
