First timer! I was interested in Iyengar Yoga and saw this place on Yelp. Dropped in for Intro Yoga with Sachiko , and really loved the focus on alignment of the body. Felt really good afterwards. They take cash only. Parking wasn't that hard to find on Saturday morning. They also provide all the equipment, but if you want to bring your own mat, that's fine too.

    Thanks Todd.
After years away from yoga I dropped in on a whim and had such an amazing class with Todd today - he was so attentive to the individual needs of the students and really connected to people with an appropriate balance of hands on help, clear instructional guidance and a sense of humor. Beautiful clean studio space with an exceptional array of available props.
Glad I dropped in - I walked out of the class feeling excellent and motivated to pick up the practice again.

Friday morning 845a with Todd was AWESOME! It's level 2 so you have to have some Iyengar Yoga experience. The Abode is great. If you're new it's so worth getting started here. I took Uber for ease. Lastly, I came to yoga mainly for physical pain and it really did the trick when nothing else did.
