We are new in roofing and these guys are the pros, yes the price shocked us at first but the value we got for our buck is huge. ... Great work and quality repair, we tested the new membrane/coating for Houts with a water hose spraying all over the roof - zero leaks!

This is a great roofing and general contractor, one stop service for everything. ... Dealing with 7x7 was easy, very experienced managers, strong customer logging system as we had to talk with multiple people there and they all knew what the issue was based on my name and address ... Replacement took three days and we feel confident that 7x7 is the way to go for all roofing and exterior repair needs!

This is a great inspection agency and a roofing-exterior contractor, we had a leak in our building and had multiple firms check it out over the years, no matter what we did and no matter how much money we threw at it - the slow leak only during a heavy and directional rain was always there with us. ... When we need roof or exterior work this fee will be credited to our invoice which is great because we are definitely coming back to 7x7!!!
