I've been going to Zuda since 2010 and watched it (and myself) evolve since. I've gone to workshops, teacher training, regular practice (and sporadic practice). I've seen teachers come and go. And I've seen the studio transformed to the beautiful open space its become within the last couple weeks.

I read reviews about packed classes. Yes, it's popular on the week-ends - especially if Anne Marie is teaching (when you meet her, you'll know why). Now that this space is more open, there's even more room to practice when people come to this space. If you haven't gone in a while, and this held you back, try again.

About the teachers: they all come from a place of love. No matter if you're in a negative space that day, you can take rest. They encourage rest. We all bring our own baggage into these classes, but the teachers understand that some people need to be pushed, and some people need to be still. I've been both - it's different each class.

We all get what we put in to a community. I've noticed that when I'm most connected to the Zuda community, it's because I've taken time to join other events like Silent Disco or workshops. If you want to feel part of a community, I'd encourage you to do more than your yoga class there, no matter where you decide to practice.

Great class. Queuing and music was good, the studio was clean and well organized and the staff was amazing. My whole experience was excellent. I came to Sac for business and found Zuda Yoga via Yelp. I'm very pleased with my experience with them.

Zuda is my home away from home. It is where I found myself. The teachers are phenomenal. They push with permission for all students and themselves to become a stronger, better version of themselves.

AnneMarie Kramer offered an inspiring and sweaty 4:30 vinyasa class at Zuda today. The staff were energized and polite, especially Savina. The sequence was brisk and effervescent, alternating between steady and accurate commands and pockets of joyful free play where the students can choose to repeat the sequence or develop their own expression. AMK was assured by Bridget, who provided props, an encouraging presence and hands on assists. This school would have a strong following in any city, yet it’s most outstanding feature is the heart connection to the pulse of Sacramento. Thank you to my friend, Whitney who has been practicing at Zuda since it opened 10 years ago, for sharing her favorite teacher.

I hesitated to go to Zuda Yoga after reading a couple of negative reviews but glad I went anyway!
The room does heat up but there is plenty of room and there were two assistants that helped with poses if you wanted. The ladies at the front were helpful and kind. This is a great place to join others in working on your practice.

The yoga is ok but the front desk people are some of the worst. Will not go back been forcing myself to deal with them but finally had enough. Incredibly rude and acted like they were doing me favor to check me in. Love yoga will go anywhere but here.
