  Amazing yoga studio that can work with all abilities. A wonderful balance between the physical exercise of yoga and the zen meditation. Every single teacher has insightful thoughts in each session. A wonderful energy transcends the entire studio. Thank you

  this is my first time at trying a more gentle approach to dealing with life's stresses and must say the crew are very caring and knowledgeable. There's no hard sell or feeling like it's just a business to the staff (like 99% of gyms). I have also tried 2 different alternative styles of class outside of what they normally offer and it really does open your eyes (and maybe your heart) to what can be achieved if we all just be nice.

  First class teachers and sooooo much fun! Amazing space and a really cool crew to bend with. My week is not complete without Zenko in it :)

  Love this studio! Lauren V. and all of the instructors are amazing, kind, and knowledgeable. Very inspiring space to be a part of. Highly recommend.

  Whilst on holidays I was lucky to step into 2 Power classes and felt like I was home in Sydney. Helen & Mandy absolutely fantastic teachers, the space and aura of the class amazing - loved every minute of it - can't wait to relocate and make Zenko my new home! �� thank u for a wonderful experience x

  Zenko is absolutely amazing. The community, the therapies, teachers, workshops, classes, EVERYTHING. This is so much more than a yoga studio and I am over the moon that Zenko is not only in Buddina but also now in Noosa. It has changed my life and I could not recommend it highly enough. You will never want to go elsewhere, whether you're advanced or just a beginner. 11 out of 10. �
