    No stranger to Merge Interactive, Alan was the best IT guy I've been around. He's professional and no question is too stupid for him. Locked computers, forgotten passwords are nothing to him.

    Even when he's busy doing one of his main tasks in the studio he makes himself available whenever he can.

    Alan is awesome! He helped me understand some basic Mac maintenance techniques and put a simple backup system in place in my office.
    I really like the fact that he always gets back to me with a quick call, whether he is busy or not, to make sure I'm not having a melt down over some computer issue. Several times he's talked me down and helped solve problems over the phone. I haven't called him lately, but it's so nice to know he's there if I need him.
    I highly recommend Alan as a very calm, cool and collected Zen IT guy!
