  Water splashed onto my iPod and he took at look at it and now it works great. He communicates great and touches base with you during the process and texts pictures of what he is doing and even calls you up personal to let you know what is happening. This is the best guy in San Antonio for the job. Great work and communication and always follows up.

  This is my second time bringing an iPod to zFixit. Outstanding customer service, affordable pricing, and most of all the quality of the repair is unmatched.
  Do NOT take your electronic devices anywhere else. I had a horrible experience with dr phonez and only went to them because they were close to my house... BIG mistake. I walked out with my iPod worse off then when I brought it to them. Ultimately, after being turned away from dr. phonez, I remembered zFixit. They brought my iPod back to life with all the data intact. I couldn't be happier with zFixit. You have another loyal customer. Thank you so much!!!

  I was first skeptical sending my device off to a business I had only heard about online. Wow was I wrong. I cannot thank you enough for your hours of work with my device. I Greatly appreciated the honest phone call with the status report and your perseverance to preserve the data on the device. Some other shops could have easily given up and just called it 'non repairable' This sets your business practices apart from others. You will always have good business and returning clients with your work ethic. Clients must be patient in understanding some of this intricate work takes time.

  Awesome! When you have an original Nexus 5, looking for someone to repair the troublesome power button on it can be hard even in NY! Nearly every shop has the parts for any iPhone, but the parts for an "old" Nexus 5 will take a few days and will cost you more to fix. Enter zfixit to the rescue!! Sent in my phone, it was fixed over the weekend and was back in my hand by Wednesday. What more can I say? Great service :)

  Manuel is the best mobile service technician in town. He knows exactly what he is doing. My Nexus 5 had some problem with the power button, it won't turn on and kept restarting while put to charge. Two of San Antonio's reputed mobile service centers were not able to fix it, one of them even charged me $30 just to diagnose what the problem was. Then, I googled and found Zfixit. I was skeptical at the beginning, but thought of giving it a try since the reviews were good for him. He works only on Saturdays. I took my phone to him, he saw it and told it can be fixed and asked 30 mins of my time. I waited in the alley and to my surprise, in just 30 mins, I got my phone back in working condition. Like icing on the cake, he gave 15 MONTHS warranty too. I found the price too to be very reasonable. Kudos and thanks to Manuel.
