I highly recommend Your Mechanic- Scott. He is an expert. Instead of a company keeping your car eight hours or over night. He came right to our house and was done in a couple hours. He knew exactly how to fix our SUV. I will recommend this company and also Scott. This was a big time saver for us. The cost of the job was more than fair.

I was nervous to use this at first, but when I was quoted about half of what the dealership wanted and read some good reviews I decided why not ... I couldn't be more happy with the efficiency and ease of this service, my mechanic Terry showed up right on time, was super knowledgeable, answered every question I had, fixed my car within the hour in my own driveway, saving me the cost of a tow truck and being stuck in a waiting room for hours behind a line of other cars. I'll probably never go to a shop again after discovering this as an option.

First time I used this service and am more than happy with the mechanic Steven Laramee. Arrived on time and did a great job. Oil and filter changed on my Jeep. Answered all questions and seems very knowledgeable with what my Jeep needs. Will be using them in the future for all my mechanical needs.

First time using this service. Shaun the mechanic was right on time and very pleasant to deal with. I've used many mobile mechanics over the years in my transportation business. I recently had work done on my van that wasn't done correctly, so I had YourMechanic come check out the issue and give me their opinion. Shaun took pictures of the issue and explained it all to me, leaving me able to go back to my original mechanic with the confidence of knowing the issue first hand. I'll definitely use this service again. Good service is hard to come by. Thanks Shaun and YourMechanic.

Husband gets in his car last night after work (9:30pm) and it won't start. Tries jumping, still won't start. Before I head to pick him up, I contact insurance R/S assistance to begin the process of having a tow scheduled for this morning when the dealership opens, and the "unknowns" start having a party in my head. (Problem? Cost? Time? Rental? Blah, Blah, Blah ...). On the way home, Husband researches online and finds a mobile mechanic option - mechanic comes to YOU - no towing, automatic quote, etc. - mmmmm, yea- I'm not very optimistic, "if it's too good to be true" and all that ... I went on the website, entered car make/model, location, and what we thought the issue was - automatic quote - and a GREAT quote $$$ (now it REALLY is too good to be true)! BUT - I held off on the towing/dealer route until I could call and speak with someone this morning. The quote remained the same ($180 LESS than the dealership, not including the tow), scheduled a mechanic to arrive within 3hrs and they don't ask for payment until AFTER the work is done. Mechanic texted when he was on the way (he actually got to the car before we did), assessed the problem (it was what we thought it was) he had the right part with him already. Within 1hr, car is fixed, no towing, no leaving at the dealer for 2 or 3 days, THEY came to US, and we paid LESS!! Car trouble sucks - but this couldn't have been ANY smoother or less stressful. I HIGHLY recommend this company if you ever find yourself in need.

I had a starter that went out, and had my '97 Subaru Legacy GT get towed to a Meineke. Meineke quoted me a price of $378 that would include the parts and labor for the car to get fixed. YourMechanic quoted me a price of $194, which was nearly half the price Meineke quoted me. The best part was that my car finally started, I drove it to my job, and the mechanic came to my job and replaced the starter in the parking lot while I was working instead of sitting at a shop and being even more late than I already was.

I had a mechanic named Steve come to N Phoenix to replace my headlights on my Prius. I expected to just need halogen light replacements. But he went above and beyond. Turns out the prior owner installed aftermarket HID lights. He explained the situation, removed the HIDs & showed me how to replace the lights in the future. Had another great experience with YourMechanic last August where another mechanic worked with my battery wiring to remove three codes for much less than the Toyota dealers. Can't recommend this service enough!
