Bob is a local treasure. He is fast and reliable. I have brought work to him in his work space, and he has also come to my place.

Last time I called him, he came over that same afternoon. Once he got there and saw the job that needed to be done, he showed me that it was easy enough to do by myself, which I then did.
He was good-natured about it. He just smiled, we shook hands, and he was not upset at all by the fact that he had just lost some business. -
He's installed multiple light fixtures for us. He's prompt, courteous, and does good work.

Bob is more expensive than anyone else I've ever used, so I only call him for special jobs. That being said, Bob is prompt & does impeccable work. If you need a light bulb changed on a 12-foot ceiling or something really minor--don't call him. If you need your garage door repaired, spackled & painted or other comparable jobs--he's your guy. He accepts PayPal, too.

I called Bob after I botched my DIY bathtub caulking project. I was in a bind because I had removed some caulk and so the tub was unusable until I got it caulked. Bob came to my house 10 minutes after I called--after business hours, mind you--to fix my mess. He did a quick job that maybe could have been a little better (he didn't re-caulk around the drain plug lever, which was really gross and moldy), but he saved my butt from a total headache of a project and he came so quickly and was so nice that I'm giving him 5 stars. And I'll totally call him again for other household jobs. Thanks, Bob!
