Was in St. Louis for a wedding last month and popped into this studio for a power yoga class - excellent! Loved the padded floors. I had never seen that before. Great teacher - offered challenging options and no philosophy which I appreciated. Also got turned onto my new favorite yoga pant brand - beyond yoga - love these pants feel and flexibility and weight!! Thanks for adding so much to my wonderful weekend in St. Louis!! Very happy!

The facilities are pristine, the location ideal, and some of my favorite teachers offer the mind-body style of yoga I tend toward at this 5-star yoga studio in St. Louis.

As someone who does not do yoga on a regular basis -- at all -- it was great to be in a studio that lacked attitude. There seemed to be people of all ages, shapes, and skill levels and the instructor (Kristin) really helped ease my anxiety about joining the class. I'll be back for sure.
