For my first time ever at yoga...I give it 5 stars because the event was free and tailored for all levels. The vibe was awesome and the instructors were very helpful! They also served free snacks and refreshments at the event and there was no pressure to sign up immediately...it was more about getting a feel for the experience and quite informative!

I took my first class at Yoga Shala 2 years ago and now I'm in their yoga teacher training program. So much growth happens at the Shala if you allow it. I recommend this studio for everyone! Yoga is for EVERY body!

Yoga Shala is a wonderfully inviting and clean studio of friendly and knowledgeable teachers. There are many different levels of classes offered and fun workshops. The classes I attend are Ashtanga based Led classes and Mysore Independent practice. I enjoy the hands on adjustments and I always learn something new every time I go. I recommend this place of business to anyone interested in expanding their yoga practice.

Ana is encouraging, Charles can read your mood and Lisa is strong and compassionate. They give terrific adjustments and support; and these are authentic, focused, groovy people. I feel like I am home when walking into the yoga room. Wish it was centrally located, as that Stone Oak area is often congested.
