Amazing aerial restorative class yesterday! Work in the low hammock with and without a partner a sensational experience unparrelled by any other. A little like water therapy with extra springy gravity! Loved It!

Beginner's aerial yoga with Mariko was awesome! I had never done it before so I was nervous, but she was really nice and made it easy. Some of the postures hurt a little because you're supporting your entire body weight on a scrunched up hammock, but then we moved into other postures that were very comfortable and fun. I just didn't like the music they had - there were some songs with lyrics which made it harder to focus on the yoga. I felt a little dizzy from hanging upside down but hopefully that's something you get used to with time. $15 for a drop-in aerial yoga class. Definitely worth trying!

I love this place--Jayne is a wonderful yoga instructor that understands the body's natural movements and doesn't push you to get in a crazy pretzel. She cares about each individual need and I love her yoga sequences. Also--there is aerial yoga and stiff guy yoga (men's only yoga class on Thursdays, discounted rate). I absolutely recommend!

Welcoming teachers and cozy studio space means I'm a fan! This charming studio offers several classes a week for a variety of levels. They offer different types of yoga too, from yogalates to aerial yoga (super cool, and open to beginners!! check it out). ...
