The people are all extremely friendly and motivating. The facility has a home-y feel and the main room is large to accommodate a large group of people. The variety in class types is awesome, because it allows me to switch it up from day to day. All in all, I have no complaints, only praise!

I used to attend a few years ago when it was just, 'Hot Yoga', but had to stop due to work. I returned yesterday and took Raquel's 'Hot Pilates' and it was AMAZING! what a work out! Raquel was very patient and helpful for me. She was encouraging and hit me with a HIGH FIVE at the end of the class. I will definitely be returning to her class when my schedule allows it. TONIGHT, HOT 60 with WILL! He too provides a great class. Cannot wait for the next 28 days of stretching and sweating!

Classes fill up, so good to get in a little bit early to get the spot you want.
I "run hot", never liked a yoga class where the instructors turned off the air conditioning, so I really was concerned that I wouldn't be able to handle the heat. I was scared to take a hot pilates class at first, but was pleased to discover it's totally doable. -

The owners (Will & Mary Margaret) and instructors make you feel like family right away and really take the time to get to know you and your needs. I was nervous to start yoga as I did not consider myself a flexible person, but as a runner I wanted to incorporate this into my training regimen...I am going on 6 years at this studio and I couldn't imagine my life without it! ...
