Loved Yoga Del Sila's ambiance; it is so peaceful and calming. I felt safe to expand and deepen in my practice. I took Kateleen's Wednesday evening class and loved it!! The energy and music was fun and her instructions easily digestible. She made inversions approachable (for me who has never really done many). She was so encouraging and created a safe environment allowing all of us the expand and deepen our practice.

Loved this studio!!! The ambiance is so calming and peaceful. I went Kateleen's Wednesday 7:30 class and was blown away. Her teaching style was very informative, easily digestible, comforting, and above all fun!! Loved working on inversions!! She made it approachable for me (who has never truly done any innersions). I loved the energy and music! Great place!!! Definitely coming back again!!

I have had nothing but wonderful experiences at this studio. I've taken classes here throughout the past few months. ... While I also find those types of classes enjoyable, I think that they neglect some of the most important parts of yoga-- the mental and spiritual aspects. While Yoga del Sol provides this more subtle aspect, I still feel like I am greatly increasing my strength, balance, and flexibility by attending classes here.

Yoga Del Sol is a gem and a restorative treat to those who have discovered it. The instructors' practices are unique to anything I've found in DC-- a blend of a great workout for the body and mind. I loved that instructors took the time to encouragingly teach ways to expand your normal practice.

Diego is an amazing teacher who rfocuses on breathe work. The studio is beyond gorgeous & located in georgetown. A stop here definitely should be part of the Washington DC experience.
