Andrea and Doug were a dream duo! Their calm and easy going personalities were exactly what I needed the day of the wedding. They captured every single beautiful moment of our wedding that I was in awe when I first saw my wedding highlights.(As were everyone else that I shared it with). It was cinematic and enchanting without being over the top. I would highly recommend this fantastic husband and wife team to capture the most magnificent moments of your special day.

I am so glad that that we hired Yellow Hook to document our wedding day! Andrea and Doug were phenomenal to work with throughout our planning process and on our wedding day. They are friendly, easy-going, and down to earth. They were incredibly responsive to all of our questions and connected with us several times before the wedding to review details. On the wedding day itself, Andrea and Doug were incredibly unobtrusive and I barely saw either of them. Most of our guests remarked that they didn't even remember us having videographers - and yet somehow they still managed to capture our entire day so accurately and include all of the most important moments. It was truly amazing.

Somehow they managed to go through 9 hours of footage and pull together a highlights edit that so perfectly and so accurately represents us and our wedding day. We just received our highlights video and we are blown away by how beautiful it is, how natural it looks, and how perfectly they captured the emotion of the whole day. Everyone who we've shown it to has felt the same way, and being able to show the video to relatives who were not able to attend our wedding is incredible. We could not recommend Yellow Hook Productions more highly! -

My husband and I and our entire family are absolutely thrilled (to tears) with our wedding highlight and cinematic edit videos. Andrea and Doug are true artists and captured the tenderness and fun of the day perfectly. The videos are unique in that they are of extremely high quality without looking like a cheesy production. Our videos are the most precious treasures from our wedding day in that they help us remember all the little moments and big events of the day. We are so grateful for Andrea and Doug. They are true professionals and we cannot recommend their work highly enough, but we don't have to, it speaks for itself.

We almost didn't get a videographer for our wedding, but ended up so happy that we did! Andrea and Doug were not only a pleasure to coordinate with leading up to the day, but my husband and I are convinced they are video ninja's! They were everywhere, capturing each moment, and yet never in anyone's way. We were beyond thrilled with the end result - a beautiful highlights and main events video that captured the day perfectly. We could not be happier that we found Yellow Hook Productions and have relived that amazing day repeatedly through our video. One of the best decisions we made for our wedding—and there were SO MANY DECISIONS—was to hire Yellow Hook to do the video. We spent weeks reviewing the online portfolios of zillions of videographers, but we were turned off by two things in most other companies’ approach: the price and the cheesiness. Yellow Hook was the only company whose online samples felt exactly right for us: they were totally artistic and polished, but not in a fake, “my wedding is a fantasy story” sort of way. More in an earthy, gutsy way that captured real interactions between the couple and family and guests. Personally I had zero interest in spending thousands of dollars to have somebody videotape my shoes. We wanted a document of this incredible celebration of a huge transition in our lives, and that’s exactly what we got from Yellow Hook. Equally important as the finished product was the fact that Doug and Andrea were, without exception, a pleasure to work with every step of the way: responsive, good-natured, committed, and reasonable.
