Great innovation and inspiration through branding. Definitely makes you have the best time doing yoga. Hip hop music feels incredible in any position.

This is literally my FAVORITE hot yoga studio EVER. I've been practicing for 6-7 years and there is nothing like this class. It's dark, there are no mirrors, and the pace is perfect. The class is more of less 3 different flows with some core work at the end, but the flows are all at your own pace and if you want to add/remove something, by all means you can do whatever you want! And the music is usually hip-hop, which might sound off-putting to some, but when I'm holding my crow pose and Drake comes on, I feel this electric power through me and I know I got this position. Sure, some people may not like the lack of mirrors to fix their form, but it's also difficult to not look at other people with that so this practice always is about me and the hour I have on the mat. I've been to multiple locations with multiple instructors and I consistently leave with a sweat and a smile and a few sore muscles. I love them.
