My husband and I have been going to this gym now for a little over a year and a half. The weight room is FANTASTIC. There is nothing I can think of that they don't have. The cardio area is a bit more limited, they could use more stair masters but if you are going to this gym, cardio is likely not your main concern. The locker room is almost always clean. The staff is friendly and professional. I especially appreciate that in general, gym goers leave me alone. That was not the case at La Fitness. It seems that people are here to actually work out. The people who like to converse are limited and they tend to avoid hogging equipment. They offer a spa (which I have no interest in) and group classes (also no interest) if that's what you're into. I enjoy this place, appreciate the people, and hope that it doesn't change.

Its definitely the best express location in Chicago theres more than plenty enough to workout with its a comfortable spot to workout at the only downfall is people like to leave shit scattered all over the place other than that its worth the time to workout at this gym.

They are open 24/7. They're not just a gym but also a Spa and offer tanning. Their classes are great! And they have so many locations in the state!

I've been coming here for 10 years now and the XSport on Elston is by far my favorite gym I've been to. I discovered this location in 2007 and even when I moved 3 years later I still drive an extra 10-15 minutes to get my workout in at this location. I've never had an issue, the employees are always nice to me, but most importantly there is plenty of weights, machines, and space. There are certain times it does get busy just like any gym but I can always find the weights, benches, or machines I need to lift. If you're looking for a gym that has a lot but little room to lift then don't go here. However if you want to get a solid workout in with weights and cardio then come here. The GM Rob and Sam are doing a great job along with the rest of the staff. Keep up the great work!

I think they need to update the locker rooms and parts of the gym but overall the service is EXCELLENT. I haven't been to the gym in 8 months because of 7 surgeries I had on my legs. The first day back everyone was super helpful. The manager and a man named Matt really made me feel welcomed. Matt was great, he's probably the best personal trainer I have ever met. He truly cares about you and wanting to get to your goal weight. I am so glad I switched locations from Logan square. I love this location it's 5 minutes from my house and everyone is super helpful and friendly!! Thank you!!!! My friends are going to join as well which is going to make working out more fun!

I just recently got a membership for two years for only 271 dollars. The best promotion I have seen Xsport offer. I am very thankful for Rob at the Albany park location. He is the assistant manager. Rob will provide you with great service. He is super helpful and understanding. Thank you for helping me out Rob. You're the best!
