Mike's work and effort was beyond expectation. He is punctual, detailed and knowledgeable. He takes the time to review what his is inspecting with me and explains what he is looking for to evaluate an item he is inspecting and what is the range that is consider adequate and to code. He will provide tips on maintenance on your AC unit and how things work to brand new home owners. He reviewed every aspect of the home inspection with me in full detail and even gave guidance on how to look for things to trouble shoot should a leak or something like your Ac or water heater or sprinkler system is not functioning at its capacity. ...

Buying a home is a daunting process and especially if your a novice to the logistics of the home buying process it is nerve wracking. When we opted to get our new build inspected we were very pleased with the services rendered. Mike did a phenomenal job. He was well equipped to answer any question we had. His inspection was thorough as well as honest. I felt his focus on his client and not the builder or realtor. In this day and age when quality of work is considered to just meet standard or below, it's nice to know there our people out there that still go above and beyond the standard. We were very satisfied with his inspection.

100% recommend to those buying a home. Michael quickly returned all my calls and answered my questions prior to the inspection. He arrived at the house slightly early so he could get started. Upon my arrival he quickly showed me and explained every component of what he was writing up. If I didn't know something, he happily explained it to me. I don't know much about home repair so his explanations left me feeling good if I have to complete any repairs. Michael also gave me home tips that will be helpful in years to come in my new house. The whole process took about 2 hours and then Michael summarized his findings at the end. I received the thorough inspection report before noon the next day. Excellent customer service, excellent inspection! I highly recommend to anyone looking to buy a home.
