Highly recommended. From start to finish, this company {and owner Brian} was professional, responsive and accommodating. Mike, the technician, arrived on time and was focused on making sure we were happy with the results and we even received a follow-up call for any feedback - Mike is the best, super nice! They saved us from having to buy brand new carpeting. Well worth it!!

The crew at Windy City Carpet Cleaning were so helpful and polite. Brian, the owner, was super accommodating and made sure that I got what I wanted. Using a green product was important to me so he ordered it and made sure that the technician was aware of my request. The product worked great and there were no harsh odors to deal with afterwards. I highly recommend this service.

Amazing experience with Windy City Carpet Cleaning. My carpet had a stupid yellow stain which was not getting off by every means I tried. Got to know about Windy City Carpet Cleaning from one of my friends and had a word with them. Within 30 minutes a guy named Jason was there on time as scheduled. Punctuality-the rare factor. He along with his helper Keith managed to get off the stain and cleaned it so well that it almost looked like one came directly from the showroom. A great thanks to my friend for suggesting me this & Jason for helping me out. Great job!

I am very pleased with this company! The person on the phone was personable, knowledgeable and I could tell, truly cared about customer service. They quoted me a price that was the highest possible price, then adjusted it down once they completed the job (which I like better than being quoted a low price that gets increased once they do the work). Mike, the serviceman, was courteous, efficient and very nice, and gave me a 20 minute heads up that he was on his way. And the carpets look like new! I would definitely recommend these guys, and will call them again.
