  I contacted Mr. Dekovich regarding child custody. I was at the very beginning stages and had many questions. Mr. Dekovich answered each question honestly and was very helpful. He gave me suggestions on how to move forward, and instilled confidence in my decision to pursue the case. I would recommend him for both his knowledge and nature.

  I contacted Jack Dekovich and was able to get a next day consultation. I currently had an attorney, but wanted a second opinion about how my case was being presented in court. Jack listened to my case, took note, ask questions and offered advice about why, my current attorney, was proceeding the way he was in court. After talking to Jack, I felt confident that my attorney was taking the correct steps in our child custody case; and he was correct as the judge favored us in this case. Jack seemed very knowledgeable in this area and I felt very comfortable talking with him. I would definitely recommend Mr. Dekovich.

  After contacting Mr. Dekovich about my issue that has been ongoing for eight years I felt confidence in him immediately, I had a spiteful daughter that continued to renew a restraining order/orders based on false and very hurtful accusations. Mr. Dekovich was able to obtain all of the prior orders and could see that her allegations were made up. He was completely upfront with everything and kept me in the loop for resolution to this personal matter. When the hearing day finally arrived, I knew he was in command as soon as he started his opening statement.He was able to get the lies out in the open so the Judge could see that this was a very spiteful daughter. He made myself and my Family very happy with the results of the hearing. He was very knowledgeable and professional in every aspect of this case. I can’t really express the relief that I felt when the Judge dismissed the order. Mr. Dekovich gave me my Life back.
