    ... "Whole" is really the operative word here, and I'd add holistic. Scott considers every aspect of my physical fitness: my diet, my workouts, things happening in my life, my age, and what I'm capable of doing, or not. He's wonderfully encouraging, always cheering me on and at the same time not allowing me to slack. I'm still on this path, but I've developed a confidence in myself to reach my goals. I recommend Whole New Body with great enthusiasm. You won't regret it!

    ... Scott has been instrumental in helping me achieve that. He is very knowledgeable, patient and encouraging. He is empathetic with the struggle to overcome the thoughts and emotions that prevent us from achieving health and fitness goals.
    I'm now lighter than at any time in my adult life. I couldn't have done this without Scott's expert assistance. He took me from the starting point of being willing to change my body and took me further than I thought I could go. Highly recommended

    If I could give more stars I would. Highly recommend Scott Strong! ... Scott also helped me with nutrition and healthier living habits. I now feel better than ever!

    ... I needed to especially work on core conditioning after having 3 kids. He designed just the right program for me. He's patient but keeps me accountable and progressing. Finally, Scott has a no nonsense approach. His studio is simple and clean, his other clients are nice and real people of all ages and abilities who he has helped get results. No glitz or fakery here, Scott is the real deal.
