He inspected the foundation and the roof, and everything in-between. He made us aware of conditions that we would never have known, until it was too late. David is great and a very detailed oriented home inspector. While doing the exterior and interior inspection, he also educated me about the ways I can do to make sure the house always stays in good condition. The whole inspection is very informational and educational. He is highly recommended and home owner would benefit so much if you walk with him for the whole inspection.

As a service provider myself I see the work of a lot of home inspectors. Not all home inspectors are created equal and Dave is a cut above many. He has a real passion for what he does and it shows.
