I am in love with this place! The studio and staff are all so welcoming and friendly. It's become my weekly safe place. So far I've only taken the yoga classes but they are absolutely lovely. Each teacher offers their own take on a vinyasa flow.

The massage rooms look super enticing - that's next on my list.
Tip: first class is free! Definitely worth a visit! -

... When I was brought back to the massage room I was consulted on my specific issues and Ryan addressed what he would be doing. The massage itself was hands down the BEST I have ever received in my entire life. Afterwards I was also consulted on what I could do to keep up with my issues at home.

The atmosphere and culture in at White Lotus is exactly the right combination of relaxation, rejuvenation, calm, friendly, and welcoming.

I just took their yoga class for the first time. It was so delightful. The teacher Sarah was so cool and helpful.

The class size is super intimate. 3-4 people. They have mats, bolsters, blocks, blankets and tea waiting for you.
The environment is relaxing and recharging. The class is more of a restorative than a dripping sweat class. Perfect for stretching, meditating and loosening your body. -

White Lotus Therapeutics is a space that is invested in the community's wellness and self care. Whether you take a small, private-style class, get a therapeutic massage, or work with their clinical Ayurvedic practitioner you are going to feel well taken care of and supported. I highly recommend to those in the Sloan's Lake/Highlands area who are looking for a neighborhood center to connect and dive into wellness. Also, there's a parking lot! :)

Ryan is the BEST massage therapist, period. I've seen Ryan for three years for various issues including chronic shoulder pain after surgery and knee and hip pain, all from climbing, biking, running and loose joints . His knowledge of human anatomy is impressive, and if he's unsure about an issue he does research to learn more. He always takes the time to listen, sincerely, about what you think needs work and why. I consider him a problem solver guru of pain issues. ... I'm super excited he has opened his own place and look forward to trying out the other elements of WLT soon!
