Marietta was personable and scheduled my hearth install within a reasonable amount of time. She recommended SDG&E come out to check the gas line prior to the install to make sure everything was working properly, which was great advice! Our technician, I think his name was Christian, was awesome! Respectful of our home, took off his shoes in the house! And was extremely quick and clean with the install! The set looks amazing and he ensured he answered any questions before he left! Highly recommend!

Mike and Christian were great! Prompt and efficient. During the cleaning they showed us gas log options, which we also purchased and were installed the same day. Our living room is now complete and we can't wait to use our fireplace this winter. Would highly recommend Weststar Chimney Sweeps. I'll update soon with a photo!

Seriously - they are as good as it gets! Not only does my fireplace look updated and I am confident that my chimney is safe but they believe in good old fashioned CUSTOMER SERVICE. Crazy talk in this day and age, I know, but once you experience everything they offer you'll be spoiled for life. Other companies could take lessons from Weststar - Thank you for a job well done.
