My annual appointment was overdue, but made an appointment and got in in four days because of cancellation. I love the staff. They are very professional and cordial. Dr. Deemer and those that help with the examinations are very thorough and are very nice and helpful. I have recommended this doctor to friends already. It was a past friend that recommended her to me.

... The front desk staff was quick to acknowledge you and make you feel welcome. I was meet by Brenda who was prompt and friendly to assist with the pre-exam before meeting with Dr, Koh. After my eye exam I meet with the Optician Yelka. Yelka was amazing! She took her time to make sure that I understood all of my options including exactly what my insurance covers and does not cover. Yelka helped me pick out the perfect pair of eye glasses and sun glasses. She was patient and caring even though it was closing time on Saturday the day before Easter Sunday. I really appreciate outstanding customer service. Thank you Westbrook Vision Center, I will no longer put off future eye exams.

Best staff ever.. very helpful and great vibes. I had soooooooooo many questions and the answered all of them. no matter how many i had lol. oh did i mention VEERY patient with me while i was in the process of choosing my frames.. I checked out a handful of frames taking pictures with them on looking in the mirror 20 times lol rather than the lady getting upset or irritated that i i was very indecisive she helped me find the perfect pair. if i could give this place a off the chart top of the line rating i sure would do it.
