  I enjoyed my interaction with Dr. Rao and the office staff. Everyone was friendly and professional in just the right balance :) and explained what I needed to know, as well as providing useful answers to all my questions.
  
  I've already recommended them to another new patient, and I will continue to use their services for my vision care.

  ... This was a huge help considering that 1) I was by myself with no one to give their opinions and 2) I had gotten my eyes dilated for the exam and was having a hard time seeing clearly. I was given all the time I needed to look at the frames, try them on (over and over again) and make a decision. When I finally decided they went through my insurance coverage and cost for the specifics lenses and whatnot.
  
  After getting my new glasses, which turned out so amazing, I decided that the prescription seemed a bit off and I was having a hard time seeing things I normally could with my contacts. ...

  My first visit was a very friendly experience, I've recently relocated here from central California and they made me feel apart of their family. I highly recommend their superb service, kind gentle customer service and Dr. Katie Phillips is the best I've been too,she explains everything very throughly and is so kind and warm. make your appointment today!   This was my first visit to Dr. Phillips. The eye exam was very thorough and she took the time to explain everything to me. The office was very nice and staff extremely friendly. I will definitely be returning and would highly recommend.

  My most recent visit to West Hills Vision Care was as pleasant as all of my previous visits. The front office staff is friendly, professional and always eager to help. Dr. Phillips is knowledgeable, efficient with her appointments but never makes the patients feel rushed. And I always appreciate the one on one help with picking frames that really fit my face. I have referred many friends and coworkers to Dr. Phillips and will continue to do so.
