Rachael and Jenna are a great sales team. Jenna helped us with the selection of the type of car we were looking for and then brought the car in for us. Rachael helped us further by guiding us in comparing different vehicles to make sure that this car was the perfect fit. They both made the buying process a smooth transition! Just when I swore I would NEVER deal with West Herr again I was wrong, it was only because of Sal Sorrento (and basically the management team here) that I am once again back with them, Sal knew what I wanted and got it for me at the price I wanted to pay - I HIGHLY recommend Sal and the West Herr Subaru team, EVEN if your NOT in the market for a Subaru, they will help you get into what you want (me was a Jeep Grand Cherokee -I'm in LOVE with)!! Once again THANK YOU Sal Sorrento for all you did!! :)

West Herr is by far the best sales and service dealership I have ever encountered. I got a very fair price for a six month old Subaru and a generous allowance for my 13 year old trade-in.
In the past seven years I have been dealing with them they have been super accommodating, friendly, and knowledgeable.
I can't inmagine ever buying from anyone else. -

First (pre-owned) car for college bound. We had been searching on-line for various best rated, reliable used cars. Went to a few dealers to "window shop" and went back to West Herr. Rob Moore was an excellent sales professional. We were pressed for time and asked many questions. Rob was knowledgeable, very polite and helpful. This was a positive learning experience for a first time buyer. One of those "win - win" situations. Jitters are gone! Thank you.
