Dr. Lauren Bales made my annual pap a very pleasant experience. She was encouraging, friendly and very helpful. Even recommended preferred Primary Care doctors, which is helpful since I just moved back to San Diego. Everything was quick and efficient as well.

Love West Coast! I delivered my daughter last week and had such an amazing experience. Every doctor I've had at west coast always made me feel comfortable and answered all my questions in depth. I highly suggest this office to any expecting mothers!

I have been going to Marcy Thornton, nurse practitioner for over a decade, ever since she was with another doctor who retired in 2010. I trust her impeccably, and she (along with Dr Kim Goodwin) have been incredibly helpful with the female health issues (face it, all of us women have them) that I've experienced. ...

... However, Juliann in their back office, went over and above the call of duty, coming up with well thought-out suggestions from the doctors for a temporary replacement to get me through this year. And she helped me maneuver the labyrinth of health plans available, so I will be able to have the right one next year and return to WC OB/GYN. -

From the staff to the array of doctors- they are phenomenal! I primarily see Dr. Goodwin. She is absolutely wonderful. She makes you feel as though you can tell her anything and treats you as a person not a patient no matter what the situation. Her nurse Ms. Marilyn is fantastic! I probably called 3 times a week while I was pregnant. She always called back and happy to help me with anything I needed no matter how big or small. I just cannot say enough about this office. ...
