  I met Mark through the Chamber of Commerce and had a need for computer service. He was quick to solve the problem, and reasonable.
  I highly recommend him as he is perfect fit for small business that doesn't have an IT department.

  Mark Weber took care of a serious issue with my computer. I was completely impressed with his expertise and customer service. I felt he really cared about my business and he worked diligently to get me back up and running. You're going to have a technology issue eventually -- make sure you call Mark Weber when you do!

  Mark has twice fixed a laptop I thought might be dead forever. Once the hard drive died and he saved the data and upgraded the storage space. He was quick and so much cheaper than I expected.
  
  The second time I dropped the laptop and the screen wouldn't work at all. Just a blank screen! With an hour of labor the laptop was working just fine and he had it back to me the next morning.

  Mark is a true professional. Having worked in the industry for decades and years with Microsoft (from which he has some hilarious and insightful stories), he's the best PC technician with whom I've ever had the pleasure of working. Not only is he knowledgeable, but he's a genuinely decent person and fun to talk to... which is exceedingly rare in the IT industry.
  
  If you ever have a PC issue, his slogan, "I'm the lifeguard on duty in the technology pool" rings true.

  Prompt, efficient, affordable and friendly. Mark has worked on all our computers, desktop and laptops. He has saved us so many times. He has very affordable rates, and is always johnny on the spot. I recommend him to all my friends and family, and would definitely recommend him to anyone that asks. "He's the guy you wanna know, when your computers giving you woes".
